This homeowner owns a house in the lowest point of their neighborhood and their deck was showing signs of water damage. When we pulled it up we found that it had been wicking water up into the house beams. After doing some structural repairs, we were able to re-route the water drainage and rebuilt the deck to go across the entire back space.
